ABOUT US
We are a youth-sports-based consulting firm with a heart-centered approach. We believe in treating all people (children and adults) with respect, dignity, and compassion. We know that this begins AT THE TOP. This begins with the directors leading their staff with positivity and, in turn, the staff treating the children in the same manner.
There are two important relationships in this industry:
1. The child/coach relationship: This one is very special and unique, and we want to be sure that we nurture it to the fullest. We want coaches to show up for every child with connection and positivity, remembering the impact that they are having on their lives.

2. The employer/employee relationship: This one should also be taken seriously and nurtured through positivity. Positive leadership begins at the top and trickles all the way down to our athletes.

We will work with you through presentations and workshops leaving everyone with a renewed sense of purpose and an understanding of their importance and impact.

After hearing Kim speak at The Summit in 2022, I knew she had to visit Viking Gymnastics & Dance. Two years later, she joined an all staff meeting where she shared her perspective on working with children. As Kim discussed positive coaching, she shared personal stories, introduced us to emotionally nutritious words, and how to overcome our own roadblocks. The positive impact we get to have on our students is important to us. Kim validated much of what our gymnastics coaches, dance instructors, and client services members do every day.
